Refund policy

At Rayha, we take great care to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives incorrect, damaged, defective, or has another issue upon delivery, you may request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please note:

1. Returns are only accepted for orders that meet one of the above conditions.

2. The item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all additional items received with your order — such as free gifts, samples, or promotional items.

3. Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with for hygiene and safety reasons cannot be returned.

4. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide instructions for collection or shipment of the item(s).

If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact our Customer Care Team through our Contact Us page within the 24 hours period, providing your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
