The story of the Swiss house of Mizensir began in 1999, born from an uncompromising quest for olfactory perfection. Alberto Morillas—a legendary master perfumer celebrated globally for creating some of the most iconic masterpieces in fine fragrance history—found himself continuously searching for home fragrances that met his exacting, rigorous standards. Finding none that sufficiently captured the subtle, layered nuances he desired, he chose to embark on a deeply personal venture alongside his wife to pioneer their own collection.

Uniting their complementary skills in Geneva, Switzerland, the couple mastered the meticulous craft of artisanal candle making. Mizensir was built on a profound desire to "put fragrances in wax"—a challenging feat requiring an absolute, peerless knowledge of raw materials, precise molecular associations, and extensive scientific research into the delicate mechanics of clean combustion and atmospheric diffusion.

Today, under the stewardship of their daughter, Véronique Morillas, Maison Mizensir has grown to encompass a magnificent portfolio of over one hundred distinct home fragrances, each thoughtfully curated to deliver a specific ambient message.

In recent years, the house expanded its horizon with the introduction of the exclusive Mizensir Parfums line. This collection serves as Alberto Morillas' private secret garden. It represents an intentional return to the absolute basics of traditional, high-end French-Swiss perfumery, allowing the master to cultivate his most personal expressions by blending the rare, noble raw materials closest to his heart without compromise.
